[News] BYJ is set to receive the 'Korean Fever' award
congratulation is in order YJ nim.
Actor Kim Myung Min has defeated other nominees such as Lee Joon Ki to win the grand award for the 2008 Korean Drama Festival Award. This festival award is a joint collaboration between KBS, SBS, MBC and the various cable TV stations in South Korea. There are a total of 54 dramas participating in this drama festival, all of which were aired between 01/10/2007 to 30/09/2008.
On the 30th October, the committee held a press conference in Seoul to announce the winners of this year’s festival award. The chairman of the committee Lee Soon Jae, also a renowned veteran actor said: “We had quite a headache deciding whether to give this award to an actor/actress or a drama. However, in the end we have decided to give it to Kim Myung Min.”
A new “Korean Fever” award will be presented for the first time this year and Bae Yong Joon is slated to receive this award.

คณะกรรมการได้จัดแถลงข่าวผ่านสื่อมวลชนในกรุงโซล เพื่อเป็นการประกาศรายชื่อผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล ประธานคระกรรมากร คุณลีวุนเจ ซึ่งเป็นนักแสดงอาวุโสด้วยกล่าวว่า ทางคระกรรมการรู้สึกยุ่งยากใจมากในอันที่จะตัดสินใจมอบรางวัลแก่นักแสดงคนใดหรือละครเรื่องใด
รางวัลใหม่ซึ่งพึ่งจาจัดให้มีในปีนี้คือรางวัลเกาหลีฟีเวอร์ รางวัลดังกล่าวจะถูกเสนอให้แก่ดาราหนุ่มเบยงจุน และดาราหนุ่มได้รับเสนอชื่อให้ได้รับรางวัลนี้
ธีมของงานในปีนี้ คือ อดีต ปัจจุบัน และอนาคตของละครโทรทัศน์เอเชีย และงานดังกล่าวจะจัดขึ้นในวันทีหนึ่งพฤศจิกายนที่จาถึงนี้เพื่อแสดงความยินดีกับผู้ได้รับรางวัลทุกคน
